Exploring the digital universe and bringing technology to everyone
Bytefix is a non-profit organization dedicated to bridging the digital divide by offering free, accessible tech support and fostering computer literacy within underserved communities. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to navigate the digital world with confidence, regardless of their background or economic status.
Our model is simple yet powerful: we connect individuals facing tech challenges with a network of passionate and knowledgeable volunteers. These volunteers provide one-on-one assistance, troubleshoot common issues, and offer guidance on essential digital skills.
Beyond fixing immediate problems, Bytefix aims to build sustainable tech independence. We host workshops, create educational resources, and empower community members to become their own tech advocates, creating a ripple effect of knowledge and support.
